CreatBot HEPA Filters

These filters, consisting of both a HEPA filter and an Activated Carbon filter, are specifically designed for use with CreatBot printers.

HEPA Filter (High Efficiency Particulate Air)

• Function: Retains ultrafine particles (UFPs) generated during filament extrusion.
• Advantages: Captures up to 99.995% of particles smaller than 0.3 µm, significantly reducing exposure to airborne solid contaminants.
• Application: Especially effective with materials such as ABS, ASA, PC, PEI, or PEEK that release harmful emissions when melted.

Activated Carbon Filter

• Function: Adsorbs volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and gases released during printing.
• Advantages: Minimizes odors and neutralizes toxic or irritating gases such as styrene, formaldehyde, or amines.
• Application: Recommended for enclosed or poorly ventilated environments, as well as printers with heated chambers.
