Powder-coated PA Nylon flexible sheet for Prusa HT90 printer

The powder-coated PA Nylon flexible sheet for Prusa HT90 has been specifically developed for working with technical polyamide filaments. Thanks to its specially treated surface, it offers significantly improved adhesion compared to conventional textured or satin sheets, which often struggle with this type of material.

This sheet attaches via high-temperature Curie magnets built into the heated bed of the Prusa Pro HT90, ensuring stability throughout the printing process.

Key advantages:

• Adhesion adapted to polyamides: The surface finish is designed to compensate for the naturally low adhesion of materials like PA11, ensuring solid first-layer bonding.
• Guaranteed compatibility: Ideal for PA11 and similar materials, as well as PETG. Not recommended for PLA, ABS, or other filaments, as they may detach during printing.
• No need for adhesives: Glue sticks are not only unnecessary but may interfere with surface performance.
• Simple yet specific maintenance: Clean only with pure water. In case of grease or persistent residues, water with a small amount of detergent may be used. IPA (isopropyl alcohol) or acetone will damage the coating and reduce the sheet’s lifespan.

Important: Over time, the surface finish may show visual changes, such as shinier or duller areas. This is an expected effect of continuous thermal exposure and does not impact printing performance. As with all build surfaces, this sheet is considered a consumable and is not covered under warranty except in cases of manufacturing defects detected upon receipt.

Powder-Coated PP Print Sheet

This print sheet is specially designed for printing polypropylene-based filaments, especially Prusament PP Carbon Fiber Black. PP-type materials usually have lower adhesion on textured sheets. This sheet has a special surface finish that increases adhesion and is perfect for Prusament PP.

The PP sheet has a slightly textured surface finish, similar to the Satin Powder-Coated Sheet.

Never clean the PP sheet with acetone. Acetone partially dissolves the sheet surface and leaves stains. It can also negatively affect adhesion properties and the sheet’s lifespan. More information about printing on PP sheets can be found in our online help article.

• Suitable only for PP-based materials, PLA, PETG, and TPU. Other materials tend to detach mid-print

High-Temperature Powder-Coated Print Sheet for Prusa HT90 Printer

Unlike the regular textured sheet, the HighTemp sheet is designed for printing with high-temperature materials. It provides good adhesion to materials such as PEEK, PEEK-CF, PEI, PEKK, and PPSU, and can withstand multiple cycles at temperatures above 100 °C. However, this print sheet is not suitable for printing standard low-temperature materials such as PLA and PETG.

This print sheet has a surface structure very similar to the regular sheet. This surface finish is achieved through powder-coating on metal and leaves a pleasant and distinctive textured look on your prints. The textured surface hides most mechanical damage caused by tools.

Never clean the HighTemp print sheet with IPA, acetone, or any other alcohol-based solvent. Doing so will damage the surface.
