The ASA CF filament offers heat resistance up to 86°C, making it ideal for parts that require durability and stability under heat. For high-quality prints, it is recommended to use a nozzle temperature between 235°C and 270°C and a heated bed between 75°C and 100°C, ensuring proper adhesion and preventing warping.

The recommended print speed ranges between 40 and 200 mm/s, allowing adaptation to both detailed prints and large, fast parts. The layer fan should be kept low, between 0 and 20%, to preserve the rigidity and professional finish of the ASA CF filament.

For large parts, it is suggested to use a closed chamber, which helps maintain a stable temperature and reduces the risk of warping or deformation. Although the filament does not require adhesive, using products such as Dimafix, 3DLac or Magigoo can improve adhesion and prevent corner lifting in complex parts.

It is recommended to use hardened nozzles or ruby nozzles to protect the nozzle and ensure durability when printing carbon fiber reinforced filament. Filament drying is not necessary before printing, thanks to its low moisture absorption, making it easy to handle for industrial and creative projects.
