The ASA CF filament offers a thermal resistance of up to 86 ºC, making it ideal for parts that require durability and stability under heat. For high quality prints, it is recommended to use a nozzle with a temperature between 235 ºC and 270 ºC and a heated bed between 75 ºC and 100 ºC, ensuring proper adhesion and avoiding deformation.

The recommended printing speed ranges between 40 and 200 mm/s, allowing adaptation to both detailed prints and large, fast parts. The cooling fan should be kept low, between 0 and 20 %, to preserve the rigidity and professional finish of the asa cf filament.

For large parts, it is suggested to use an enclosed chamber, which helps maintain a stable temperature and reduces the risk of warping or deformation. Although the filament does not require adhesive, using products like Dimafix, 3DLac or Magigoo can improve adhesion and prevent corner lifting in complex parts.

It is recommended to use hard nozzles or ruby nozzles to protect the nozzle and ensure durability when printing carbon fiber reinforced filament. Filament drying is not necessary before printing thanks to its low moisture absorption, making it easy to handle in industrial and creative projects.

With these guidelines, the ASA CF filament allows the creation of mechanical parts, functional prototypes and concept models with professional finish, high precision and resistance to demanding conditions, optimizing every 3D print.
