ASA 275 filament is a professional-grade material developed by Spectrum for use with desktop 3D printers, specifically designed to enhance flexibility and printing performance. The material composition has been carefully modified to optimize flow properties, reduce shrinkage, and improve layer adhesion. These modifications simplify print parameters, making ASA 275 almost as easy to use as PLA, enabling fast, high-quality prints without warping during cooling.

One of ASA 275’s key features is its ability to produce large, precise models with minimal warping, even at relatively high printing speeds. Its excellent resistance to UV radiation and other environmental factors ensures it performs well in outdoor or harsh conditions. The material also offers impressive thermal resistance, with a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 85 °C, making it suitable for a wide range of demanding applications.
