Firewire FR-ABS
For optimal results when printing technical and safe parts, it is recommended to maintain the extruder temperature between 365 and 390 °C, ensuring a consistent flow and perfect layer adhesion. The bed temperature should be set between 220 and 240 °C to guarantee dimensional stability and minimize warping during printing.
Using a heated chamber is highly recommended as it helps maintain thermal uniformity in large or complex geometry parts, preventing internal stresses and failures from uneven cooling. The minimum nozzle diameter suggested is 0.4 mm, with a layer height of 0.10 mm or higher, allowing precise parts with professional finishes without compromising print speed.
To ensure maximum filament quality and durability, pre-print drying is recommended, using 65 °C for 4 hours or alternatively 80 °C for 4 hours in an oven or dehydrator, avoiding moisture absorption that could affect finish and mechanical strength.
