The Pulse Release Kit for the UltraCraft A2D HD Printer from HeyGears combines two key elements to revolutionize dental 3D printing: the Pulse Release Module and the HT Resin Tank.

This kit is designed to be used with the A2D HD dental printer, radically improving the quality, efficiency, and ease of the printing process.

Thanks to pulse release technology, the resulting parts have high transparency without the need for polishing, with a light transmission of up to 88% and smoother transitions between layers. This feature is particularly valuable for dental applications such as splints, retainers, and other dental devices.

The HT Resin Tank, on the other hand, stands out for its high transparency material, allowing for smooth and translucent surfaces, drastically reducing polishing time or even eliminating it in many applications.

The combination of the HT Tank with the Pulse Module allows the release force to be reduced by up to 90%, optimizing the printing process and minimizing the risk of defects or failures in the part.

This is made possible by a 70% smaller support contact surface and 30% smaller contact points, which reduces the need for sanding and facilitates a cleaner removal of the parts.

Additionally, the HT Resin Tank is heatable, which reduces the viscosity of the dental resins and improves material flow, ensuring a smoother, more precise print with lower consumption.

Thanks to the tank's ability to allow users to replace the film themselves, simple and cost-effective maintenance is ensured without relying on specialized technical support.
