The Heating Cartridges are responsible for obtaining the desired temperature in the heating block depending on the material used by the user. These Heating Cartridges are very durable and resistant to cable breakage thanks to the incorporation of a metre of high quality cable with a 5cm silicone coating, resistant to high temperatures, against the cartridge. On the other hand, the Cartridge Heater has a high-power ceramic heating element inside, which heats up the block quickly and achieves high printing temperatures.

Another feature of the ceramic part is its high precision in maintaining the same temperature during the entire 3D printing time, which ensures a quality 3D print without failures due to temperature variation in the HotEnd. The ceramic part is covered by a metal cartridge. This cartridge is high performance, resistant to enamel loss, shock resistant and a great conductor of the heat given off by the ceramic part, taking advantage of all the heat generated by the resistance.

The SuperVolcano heater cartridge has been developed specifically for the needs of the SuperVolcano Hotend. This heater cartridge is available in two options: 12V and 24V. The 12V SuperVolcano heater draws up to 8A, which is more than most controller boards can handle. Therefore, it cannot be used without the included MOSFET switch.

This heater cartridge is specifically designed to meet the needs of the SuperVolcano Hotend. It is not recommended to use this heater cartridge with any block other than the SuperVolcano. Using it with any other block could damage the 3D printer system.
