Zortrax is a Polish company founded in 2013 and focused on the development of professional 3D printing systems. Its main strength is the excellent optimisation and integration between its 3D printers, materials and software. This greatly simplifies the entire printing process, minimising set-up times and reducing the likelihood of failure to a minimum, making them ideal systems for professional environments.

The Zortrax cleaning station is a device designed to remove excess resin from the surface of the printed part and is compatible with most resin 3D printing technologies: LCD UV, DLP and SLA.

The entire cleaning process takes about 5 minutes and is fully automated.

It is a stand-alone device that can be used for all types of resin 3D printers available on the market. Endorsed by the manufacturers BASF and Henkel, this device is suitable for post-processing even the most professional resins.

The Zortrax cleaning centre uses an impulse-based cleaning system: The impulse reduces the risk of damaging precise and fragile prints. Once the cleaning process is complete, the top cover opens and the build platform with the cleaned impressions moves out of the cleaning fluid.

One of its advantages is the filtering system. Thanks to the constantly operating filters in the Zortrax cleaning station, the isopropyl alcohol can be reused in different cleaning sessions.

The Zortrax cleaning station's build platform holder is compatible with the Zortrax Inkspire 2 build platform, which allows printed models to be placed on the device without touching them.

In addition, the Zortrax cleaning station does not need to be calibrated before the first use.
