In SLS printing, correct temperature control is very important, so the insulation of the chamber is fundamental. The insulation of the moving parts such as the print bed and the feed base suffer continuous wear due to friction with the cylinder walls, so they must be replaced periodically to avoid heat leaks that will cause printing failures.
In Sinterit printers, the print bed insulation needs to be replaced every 200 hours of use and the insulation of the feed base needs to be replaced every 400 hours of use.
