Raise3D is a leading manufacturer of FDM 3D printers and accessories. Since its inception it has been committed to offering high quality 3D printers, with innovative components and operating systems, while maintaining a price point suitable for the majority of professional users.
It currently offers a wide range of high quality filaments: PLA, ABS, ASA, PC, PETG and PVA.
Raise3D's TPU 95A Premium filament is composed of a Thermoplastic Polyurethane, more specifically a linear elastomer polymer belonging to the polyurethane family. This material is flexible and has a certain elasticity, and is characterised by its high resistance to abrasion, to certain chemical elements, to UV rays and to low temperatures. This set of properties makes it a very useful material for industrial applications.
The 95A determines its Shore hardness. In this case, despite being a flexible material, it is not as difficult to print as other flexible materials with lower hardness, so it can be printed even with bowden extruders.
The elasticity, strength and durability of TPU 95A Premium filament, similar to those of rubber, make this material suitable for uses that require shock absorption and a soft-touch surface. Premium TPU 95A has a wide range of applications, such as inserts, tubes, gaskets, bushings and more.
TPU 95A Premium Raise 3D filament has been designed and developed with the aim of offering the highest quality and excellent compatibility with Raise 3D printers. For this purpose, the material is tested by the manufacturer to find the parameters that are best suited for optimal printing.
Raise 3D has developed a laminating software, Idea Maker, which includes a number of predefined settings for different materials based on its test data. Among these predefined settings is the one for Raise 3D's TPU 95A Premium, which greatly facilitates and speeds up the printing process.
Raise 3D Premium TPU 95A is supplied in 1 kg spools in 1.75 mm diameter only. The spools are shipped in a vacuum bag in a cardboard box. In this way, the material is kept free of moisture to ensure optimal printing.

The printing range for Raise 3D TPU 95A Premium filament is between 215 °C and 235 °C. In terms of printing speed, it is recommended to print at a speed between 20 and 35 mm/s. Slower printing speeds will result in better finished 3D printed parts. The ideal bed temperature is 60 ºC.
This material must be printed with the layer fan activated. When printing with a Raise3D Pro2 or Pro2 Plus 3D printer, the top cover must be removed for optimal results.
