High temperature resin ideal for industrial or dental thermoforming applications.

The TR300 Ultra-High Temp resin is a grey functional resin with superior engineering qualities from the Phrozen catalog of advanced 3D printing resins. The TR300 Ultra-High Temp resin is characterized by extremely high thermal resistance (HDT of 190 °C), great mechanical properties (high tensile strength), a certain degree of toughness and great accuracy.

Like all Phrozen resins, the TR300 Utra-High Temp resin is a low-viscosity material that emits little to no odor while printing. This makes TR300 Ultra-High Temp an easy to print material ideal for environments such as design studios or offices.

These features make it ideal for high-temperature applications such as dental thermoforming, industrial mock-ups, and even creating 3D printed jewelry

Impact strength (KJ/m2) 8
Tensile strength (MPa) 32
Tensile modulus (MPa) 1857
Surface hardness 8

Once opened, the TR300 Ultra-High Temp resin must be stored properly to prevent degradation of the resin. To achieve the desired properties, parts 3D printed with the TR300 Ultra-High Temp resin must be post-processed. The parts must first be washed in IPA alcohol or any other authorized resin cleaning liquid and then post-cured under UV light. Washing and curing can be done with the help of devices such as the Phrozen Cure & Wash Kit or the Cure XL or Cure Mega curing devices.

More information on the maintenance of Phrozen resins and post-processing of 3D printed parts can be found in the Manual in the Downloads section.
