There are two ways to track both order status and shipment status if it has already left our facility.

1) In "My account" menu you will find the list of orders. You accessing information of an order will find both the order status, as the same tracking number in the event that the order is already in a state of "Sent". In this section you can check the status of your order in Filament2print facilities, as well as tracking the carrier once it has left our factory. If the order has been sent and you do not receive on time, in this section you can find the phone of the local transportation agency responsible for you to contact them.

2) If you correctly entered the email in the purchase process, you will receive an email at the time the order has been sent with a link which you can access the shipping tracking on the website of the delilvery company.
