6.1 All orders are subject to acceptance. 9.1.- Filament2print offer several different forms of payment:

  • Card: Through our banking operator CaixaBank, SA and its encryption system 100% safe can pay with your credit card or debit quickly and safely. 10.1.- Filament2print will deliver your Products to the delivery address indicated on your personal data form, which must be within the limits of the Territory.

    • ASM 24: Delivery will be made before 20: 00h at any Spanish or Portuguese population (1) (2) (3).
    • Post: Only valid for Spanish mainland and shipments of less than 100 gr. Delivery time is 72/96 hours. (1)
  • Balearic Islands: Delivery time ranges from 48/72 hours. Delivery via ASM. (1)
  • Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: The delivery time may vary between 2 and 5 days. Delivery via ASM. (1) (4)
  • Countries within the European Union: Available two modes of shipping. ASM is integrated into a network of alliances between Europe's leading parcel which ensures the quality of shipments from Spain to any European destination. This network consists of the following companies with experience in the sector in Europe: Yodel United Kingdom and Northern Ireland; Hermes, for Germany and Austria, via San Marino Mail SDA in Italy; Colis Privé and GLS, for shipments to France and TNT for the rest of the European Union.
    • ASM Eurostandar: This is the economic shipping for European countries. The delivery time can range from 2 to 5 days depending on the destination country. (1)
    • Europe Express: Shipping through the network of European companies in which ASM is integrated. Delivery time can vary between 48/72 hours in most destinations. (1)
  • Rest of the world: If you want to order a non-European country should contact through the contact form on our website to request a shipping quote. We can not offer closed shipping prices to any country in the world because of the many factors that cause variability in rates, so we must analyze each particular case. Shipping can be done through DHL or ASM network under the modality of incoterm DAP.  Some goods are restricted to this type of air shipment due to flammability itself. (1) (4).

(1) Shipments are made on the same day if the order has been received payment before 16: 00h ( UTC +1:00,A) on the same day. If payment is made after that time, the shipment will be made the next business day in the event of receiving payment (business days from Monday to Friday). Remember that if you choose to pay by bank transfer, you should know that the delivery will begin immediately after receiving confirmation of payment from our bank.

(3) In the case of shipments to mainland Portugal the deadline can be extended to 48 hours depending on the target population.

(4) Shipping costs don´t include in any case the custom fees (if any) existing in shipments outside the European Union. These expenses are variable, depend on each country destination, and you must pay them on arrival (only if necessary). Consult your customs agency for these expenses. If a package is stopped at customs, it will be buyer's responsibility to pay few taxes and fees tariff applied to the package. Filament2print not responsible for the cost of customs or delay that could lead them to the package delivery. The customer may not return your order for this cause, except for an error committed by Filament2print.

As to changes in delivery address; due to fast delivery time, if the order has been issued should be contacted directly with the transportation agency by providing the tracking number for management in the case of being on time.

All times mentioned, with respect to processing, shipments and deliveries are just a reference to be taken into account as such, may vary depending on the workload of the logistics warehouse, incidents occurring in logistics or transport or due to force majeure.

Damage that may have occurred during transport and can not be examined externally, we shall be communicated in writing within 24 working hours from receipt of order. 11.1 All products offered by Filament2print have the required legal guarantee. We pledge to replace it with a new one or make the corresponding payment if any of its products contained such a manufacturing defect within two (2) years after delivery of the product, although the proof of the defect must be carried out as planned in paragraph 11.5. In this case all the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product or the same repaired, are borne by Filament2print.

11.2 Unless proved otherwise, the delivery means made on the day indicated on the invoice or delivery note if later.

11.3.- For the guarantee to be effective it must provide proof of purchase within the legal deadline.

12.4.- The consumer must inform us of the lack of conformity of the product within 2 months after he has knowledge of it by email.

11.5 Unless proved otherwise, be presumed faults that become apparent within six months after delivery of the product, already existed when the thing was delivered, unless this presumption is incompatible with the nature of the product or nature of the lack of conformity.
