Sharebot Qwarm is a professional large format 3D FDM printer, with a printing volume of 300 x 420 x 300 mm, which allows the production of large parts.

Another of its qualities is its heated chamber, which can maintain a temperature of 80ºC throughout the printing process.

Sharebot Qwarm includes a liquid-cooled extruder attached to a Hotend capable of reaching 500 °C, which has a 0.4 mm silicon carbide nozzle. This 3D printer allows easy nozzle exchange according to the type of material, thus offering better print quality. It also includes a high resistance borosilicate glass printing base, which ensures the models are fixed to the base and allows a temperature of 160 ºC to be maintained.

All these features allow the printing of models and prototypes with advanced materials such as PEKK or PEI, making the Sharebot Qwarm an ideal printer for use in the industrial sector.

The Sharebot Qwarm 3D printer also incorporates an automatic self-calibration system that adjusts the print base each time a new project is started; as well as a filament sensor that stops printing if the coil filament is exhausted or if the 3D printer suffers any kind of problem.

The Sharebot Qwarm 3D printer has an integrated system with two roll boxes: one for 750g rolls on its left side and another for 2.2 kg rolls which is located at the bottom of the printer (under the print base).

A relevant feature of this printer is that it has a HEPA filter, which serves to eliminate possible odours and harmful particles that are generated during printing, which is very important when printing certain materials.

This large format printer also features advances in user experience such as wireless connectivity and remote management through a web interface suitable for PCs, Tablets and Smartphones. In addition, it incorporates an internal video surveillance camera with an internet connection for the user to follow the printing process on-line.

The Sharebot Qwarm printer is shipped fully assembled with a Plug & Play operating system, i.e. all that is required is to unpack, remove the protective elements, attach the printing base, load the filament and start printing in 3D. It also has a touch screen on which the user can manage his own prints.
