PT100 Dyze Sensor

Within its catalogue there are different hotends, such as the Dyzend-X or Dyzend Pro, which stand out for offering versions that allow working with advanced materials that require high extrusion temperatures.
Whether as a printer upgrade or as a replacement component for the Dyzend Pro hotend, Dyze Design offers users the Dyze PT100 sensor, a product designed to replace standard thermistor cartridges.
The Dyze PT100 sensor enables accurate temperature measurement up to 500 °C, a must for professional users working with technical and advanced materials, which require higher than usual temperatures and close monitoring without variations to achieve an optimal finish on final 3D printed parts.
In many cases the use of a PT100 sensor may require the installation of an electrical amplifier board to connect the sensor to the 3D printer's controller board. The amplifier board is responsible for amplifying the signal from the PT100 sensor so that it can be accurately read by the 3D printer controller. This board is designed to maximise read range and accuracy.
The amplifier board works with 3.3V or 5V power supplies and can be daisy-chained for multiple PT100 sensors.
In many instances, the amplifier board also requires the use of an extension cable, which is included with the product.
This amplifier board is compatible with Ramps 1.4 controllers, SKR boards, MKS boards, Smoothieboard, ReArm, and others; and with Marlin 2.0.91 firmware or higher.
