Recoater slider Sinterit
As a method of protection against printing failures, the recoater of Sinterit printers uses a slider on one of the guides that allows it to lift in the event of a collision, protecting the recoater and minimising the risk of breakage.
This slider has a plastic coating that wears out due to friction with use and must be replaced periodically.
