The ASA CF10 Carbon filament is a high-performance technical material developed by Fillamentum, specially designed for FDM 3D printing of functional parts exposed to demanding environmental conditions. Reinforced with carbon, this filament offers superior resistance to weathering, UV rays, and chemical agents such as oils, alcohols, alkalis, and ozone. Its structure based on ASA (acrylonitrile styrene acrylate) provides excellent dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, and great durability against yellowing, making it the ideal choice for durable outdoor applications.

With a heat resistance of up to 90 °C and notable structural stiffness, ASA CF10 Carbon retains its mechanical properties and color over time, even under constant exposure to sunlight or harsh industrial environments. This technical material is safe for use in electrical and electronic components, complying with the RoHS regulation. Furthermore, its matte finish and dimensional accuracy make it an aesthetic and functional solution for industries such as automotive, signage, robotics, and outdoor installations.

It is available in 600-gram spools with a diameter of 1.75 mm and a tolerance of ±0.10 mm, ensuring stable feeding during printing. ASA CF10 Carbon is compatible with most professional and semi-industrial FDM 3D printers.

For optimal printing, an extrusion temperature between 245 °C and 275 °C, a bed temperature from 80 °C to 105 °C, moderate cooling (20%), and a speed between 30 and 50 mm/s are recommended.
