This set of high quality nozzles was designed and manufactured by Creality for the Creality K1, Creality K1 Max, and Creality CR-M4 3D printers. The set contains 8 nozzles in the following materials and diameters:

  • 2x 0.4 mm nozzles in copper alloy.
  • 2x 0.4 mm nozzles in hardened steel.
  • 1x 0.6 mm nozzle in copper alloy.
  • 1x 0.6 mm nozzle in hardened steel.
  • 1x 0.8 mm nozzle in copper alloy.
  • 1x 0.8 mm nozzle in hardened steel.

Copper alloy

The copper alloy nozzles are characterized by excellent uniform thermal conductivity (330 W/m.k) and a temperature resistance of up to 500 ºC, with fast heating guaranteed for high-temperature filaments. These Creality copper alloy nozzles can provide double the extrusion volume of standard nozzles even at printing speeds of up to 600 mm/s.

Thanks to the nickel plating on the surface of this copper alloy nozzle the adhesion of filaments to the nozzle is significantly reduced. This contributes to smoother extrusion of a wide range of materials such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPE, TPU or PC.

Hardened steel

The hardened steel nozzles (7.8 Mohs) features in this nozzle pack are very resilient and durable, with a temperature resistance of up to 450 ºC and fast heating and smooth extrusion for high-temperature filaments.

These nozzles were designed to perform reliably with filaments containing abrasive particles or fibers such as carbon fiber, glass fiber, steel, wood, boron, carbide, tungsten, phosphorescent pigments, etc.

Efficient design

The copper alloy nozzles and the hardened steel nozzles share a smart and highly efficient design. The inner wall has a Ra<0.4 smoothness level which leads to enhanced filament fluidity and reduced clogging.

The anatomy of the Creality nozzles

The junction zone has a flat surface and a seamless joint, which means no filament leakage. Lastly, the orifice of the Creality nozzles is impeccably smooth and precise. The lack of any burrs ensures smoother feeding and problemless printing.

Package Contents:

  • 2x 0.4 mm copper alloy nozzle
  • 1x 0.6 mm copper alloy nozzle
  • 1x 0.8 mm copper alloy nozzle
  • 2x 0.4 mm hardened steel nozzle
  • 1x 0.6 mm hardened steel nozzle
  • 1x 0.8 mm hardened steel nozzle

After printing with filaments containing carbon, metal, wood fibers, ceramic fibers or any abrasive particles, it’s necessary to remove the filament and introduce a cleaning filament to avoid subsequent jams. If we use the hardened steel nozzle, we will have less chance of jamming.
