Inevitably, while the Mr Beam II Dreamcut [s]/[x] is cutting and engraving, smoke is produced. Although the unfiltered fumes can be extracted by simply putting the supplied hose through a window, it is not recommended. Instead, it is highly advisable to purchase the compact (25 x 25 x 40 cm) Mr Beam Air Filter II air filtration system, which keeps the air inside the space where the cutter is located clean, odour and smoke free by filtering the produced fumes safely and efficiently with an air flow of 90 m³/hour.

The Mr Beam Air Filter II air filtration system is CE-certified and works on a 3-stage filtering principle where the air is filtered through a prefilter, a HEPA filter and a chemical filter on its way out. This air filtration system helps eliminate all possible odours and harmful particles generated during the cutting or laser engraving process. This type of filter is also widely used in industrial 3D printers. The Mr Beam Air Filter II is connected to the Mr Beam laser cutter via the supplied hose.
