The LDM WASP Extruder 3.0 is a professional ceramic extruder designed for depositing dense and fluid materials such as clay mixtures and experimental compounds. It features a screw system capable of regulating material flow, enabling rapid interruption and excellent retraction control.

Included Nozzles

  • 1.5 mm metal nozzle: accurate printing, medium difficulty, materials up to 0.3 mm
  • 2 mm metal nozzle: fast printing, low difficulty
  • 3 mm metal nozzle: very low difficulty printing
  • Luer Lock adapter for using conical plastic nozzles

Applications

Allows printing of dense and fluid materials such as ceramics, porcelain, clay, alumina, zirconium, and advanced ceramics. Combines two extrusion principles:

  1. Pressurized tank pushing the mixture into the extruder
  2. Screw controlled by the printer precisely regulating material flow through the nozzle
