Affordability and printing speed are crucial factors in additive manufacturing for the dental sector. The Phrozen Dental Study Model resin was designed to have exactly those characteristics. With an astonishing printing speed of 1.5 seconds per layer, the Dental Study Model resin can complete a full-arch model in under 25 minutes.
Parts 3D printed with the Dental Study Model have a matte white finish, which makes this material highly suitable for applications where aesthetics and patient comfort matter as much as a great fit and dimensional accuracy.
Sectors such as cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics planning can benefit from essential diagnostic aids and dental models 3D printed with the Phrozen Dental Study Model resin. Such aids help patients to better understand their issues and the treatment required in advance.

Once opened, Phrozen Dental Study Model resin must be stored properly to prevent degradation of the resin. To achieve the desired properties, parts 3D printed with Dental Study Model resin must be post-processed. The parts must first be washed in IPA alcohol or any other authorized resin cleaning liquid and then post-cured under UV light. Washing and curing can be done with the help of devices such as the Phrozen Cure & Wash Kit or the Cure XL or Cure Mega curing devices.
More information on the maintenance of Phrozen resins and post-processing of 3D printed parts can be found in the Manual in the Downloads section.
