It has high impact resistance and durability. It is termed as a high-performance nylon.

Taulman Alloy 910 is a first filament for 3D printer manufactured from a polymer alloy having a high impact resistance and durability. This new strand Taulman 3D printing has a tensile strength of 8100 PSI just like the Taulman Copolyesters (Titan-bluPrint, Tech-G and T-Glase) but unlike them has a difference that is a nylon and therefore has increased durability.

Taulman Alloy 910 is especially suitable for those applications in which it is put to the parts manufactured by 3D printing at elevated temperatures, high strength and durability needed for that part. Therefore considering the above features, the filament Taulman Alloy 910 is indicated for use in the manufacture of molds, components of robots or other machinery. In short, any application requiring high tensile strength and durability.

With chemistry Taulman Alloy 910 has a capacity of very low water absorption compared with other filament family of Nylon Taulman. It is the perfect filament for 3D printing of high performance.

In the following article you can see the main differences of nylon Taulman 3D filaments.

Elongation at break (%) 32
Tensile strength (MPa) 55
Tensile modulus (MPa) 502
Softening temperature (ºC) 82
Fatigue resistance Fatigue resistance
Hide color variations (Hide color variations)

For the use of filament Taulman 910 Alloy recommended speeds configuration similar to that used to print print ABS. Printing temperature should be between 250 and 255°C. Is recommended hot bed at a temperature of 50-65ºC.

To ensure the correct adhesion of the Taulman Alloy 910 to the base, it's recommended to use BuildTakDimaFixPrintaFix or Magigoo PA. In addition to this adhesive it has been developed exclusively for nylon filaments and can be used with a microperforated base, PEI sheets or Kapton Tape can be used. It must be ensured that the adhesion of the first layer is firm and strong to prevent it from peeling off during 3D printing.

It is the perfect filament for 3D printing of high performance. It is a high quality filament that is easy to print, making it ideal for applications such as industrial and robotic parts.
