Kit 25kg of natural ABS Pellets + Masterbatch

Using natural ABS pellets you can make filament for your 3D printer using a Filastruder or any other filament extruder. The kit contains a 25 kg bag of pellets ABS and the corresponding dye. There are available the following colors: white, black, yellow, red and blue. In the comments area of ​​the shopping cart you can tell us what color or colors you want.

The combination of the pellets ABS, dyes Filastruder and recommended for ABS will allow you to make your 3D printer filament  on demand at home and with the color you want.This is a great advantage, especially when manufacturing small series of parts in a certain colour. In some cases it can be difficult to find the exact colour required for a particular print. These ABS pellets are of high quality, so by using a good filament extruder like  Filastruder you can obtain filament for your 3D printer with similar qualities to commercial ABS filament.

It is recommended to use these pellets ABS in the Filastruder parameters. For best results with any other filament extruder, we recommend you read the manufacturer's advice to extrude ABS. The temperature suitable for extruding these pellets in Filastruder ABS is between 220 and 230C. For higher extrusion speeds the temperature can be increased up to 240°C, but in this case there is a risk of small air bubbles appearing on the filament.

It is very important to keep the pellets ABS inside a Ziploc bag, to prevent acquiring humidity before use. Since pellets have moisture if the filament is manufactured may contain small imperfections. Once the filament manufactured using pellets ABS, it is also highly recommended that you keep this filament in a dry place, or in a resealable bag. Thus you will prevent the filament from absorbing moisture, thus obtaining better results in 3D printing.
