Graphene loaded filaments

Medphen specialises in the development and manufacture of graphene-based nanomaterials (Graphene Based Materials). These materials are combined with different polymers to produce a variety of materials for medical applications.

The filaments developed by Medphen are of the highest quality, and have certificates that are highly valued in FDM 3D printing, such as Biocompatibility.

Medphen highlights the synergy of its 3 essential areas: Medical R&D area, nanomaterials laboratory and industrial manufacturing for the development of its materials and the obtaining of filaments that meet the highest quality standards.

Materials for the medical sector

The materials developed by Medphen are widely used in pharmacological research, the medical sector, the dental and cosmetic industry.

The carbon nanoparticles present in the composition of its filaments are characterised and classified by particle size to ensure biocompatibility, safety, and to improve the performance of the base polymers.

As a result, the filaments developed by Medphen can be used to produce medical devices and products that come into contact with food and medicines.
