    Onyx is 40% more rigid than ABS with a great surface finish and high chemical and heat resistance. It is, therefore, an ideal material for industrial applications.

    The pieces obtained in the 3D printer Onyx One with the Onyx material can be used as final pieces, with a smooth surface and an elegant black color, without appreciating the layer height effect of the standard 3D printers of FFF technology.

    The industrial performance starts in a monobloc aluminum casing built around an ultra flat gantry system.

    In addition, the Markforged Onyx One industrial 3D printer can be said to be the only one on the market designed from scratch (hardware, software and materials), to create pieces of carbon fiber in a unique way and with a high performance working at high temperatures (130ºC).

    In addition, the base of the Markforged Onyx One 3D printer is placed by clicking on the right place with a precision of 10 microns, which allows to pause an impression, remove the bed, add components to the piece, click on the bed and Continue printing in the same position.

    The Eiger cloud software incorporates a touch interface that makes it very easy to connect the 3D printer to the Wi-Fi, start printing and manage the 3D printer.

    All files can be stored and downloaded from the cloud with total security, without the need to download or install any program, in order to obtain an effective and high resistance printing. Due to confidentiality issues, the user may also have a local license to be installed on their computer.

    When even stronger parts are needed, the Onyx One can be upgraded to the Onyx Pro, adding continuous fiber printing capability. This simple update allows to obtain pieces 5 times more resistant than with the Onyx One.

    • Onyx: It presents the hardness of nylon and the rigidity of fiber-reinforced plastic, with a matt black finish. Ideal for applications that require high performance.

    The next natural evolution behind the Onyx Pro is the Mark Two that can combine up to two continuous fibers and is therefore one of the most powerful in the 3D printing FFF (Fused Filament Fabrication) / Composite Filament Fabrication (CFF) market.
