Zimple 3D

The brand

Zimple 3D develops and manufactures products that facilitate and improve the experience of using a 3D printer. In 2017 they launched their first product, Zimpure, an air purifier for FDM 3D printers. A year later, Zimple 3D launched Ziflex, a magnetic and flexible construction platform that increases the adhesion of the base and facilitates the extraction of the pieces. The brand's motto is "Keep 3D printing Zimple and Safe", and their product line is a great testimony to that.

The Ziflex line

Ziflex is a flexible magnetic adhesion sheet for FDM 3D printers. It offers easy removal of the 3D printed parts just be gently bending the sheet. The Ziflex sheet eliminates the need to use adhesion products or spatulas to remove the pieces, thus avoiding the degeneration of the printing surface or even a decalibration of the printing base. The Ziflex line also contains a double-sided texturized PEI sheet as well as build plates for reisn 3D printers. The Zimple 3D printing surfaces and resin build plates are compatible with a wide range of FDM (Raise3D, Creality, Flashforge, Snapmaker, Prusa) and resin 3D printers (Elegoo, Phrozen, Anycubic). 

Zimpure 2

Certain 3D printing materials emit strong odors and concentrations of nanoparticles 11 times above recommended levels, along with gas concentrations 20 times higher than safe limits, leading to severe health issues. Eliminating harmful gases and nanoparticles released during thermoplastic melting in FDM 3D printing is crucial but often underestimated by users.  Zimpure 2, the first air purifier designed specifically for FDM 3D printers, successfully eliminates harmful particles and makes the work area clean and safe. It has a design compatible with most 3D printers on the market and is also a complement that integrates perfectly with any work environment, be it an office, a workshop or a factory.
