Bondtech: Quality Assured

Bondtech was founded in 2014 by Martin Bondéus, a professional in the industry that stands out in every field that applies his knowledge. In 2010, Martin acquired a 3D FDM printer kit but his experience was not satisfactory, which led him to make his own printer. Once he reached the extruder part, he realized that most users had the same problem: sliding and grinding the filament, resulting in a failed impression.

As a solution to the existing problem, Martin developed a "Dual-Drive" extruder to ensure constant feeding of the filament by the extruder to the HotEnd. From that moment, Bondtech has developed extruders of this type for the main 3D printers on the market, as well as other innovative products.

Extruders for all printers

Bondtech's work philosophy is that its extruders are compatible with most FDM 3D printers on the market. For this reason these extruders can be used for both Direct or Bowden extruder systems, giving users the flexibility for all types of 3D printers. In addition, Bondtech extruders are designed to use the powerful HotEnds v6 from E3D-Online or other HotEnds that meet the Groove Mount standard.

In addition, Bondtech has an infinity of kits ready to be installed in the main 3D printers on the market: Prusa i3 MK2.5, Prusa i3 MK3-MK3S, Creality CR-10S, Creality CR-10, Ultimaker 2+, Ultimaker 3, and many more.

Push Insured

The Dual-Drive system offers constant filament thrust without fear of biting too much or skidding, even in the most demanding conditions, such as long-lasting 3D prints with thousands of retractions, with great precision and without noticing any degradation in the filament or in the piece.

High flow nozzles

Another addition to the impressive Bondtech portfolio are the CHT nozzles developed to enable high flow 3D printing with various extrusion systems, including v6, Volcano or MK8, as well as the extrusion systems of specific brands such as Creality. The Bondtech CHT nozzles are available in nickel-plated brass or in a bimetal version (copper and hardened steel), and in many diameters from 0.4 mm to 1.8 mm.
