Fillamentum: Experience and quality

Fillamentum is a brand of premium quality filaments for 3D printing, developed and manufactured by the company Fillamentum Manufacturing Czech s.r.o. created in 2011 in Hulin (Czech Republic), driven by experts with more than 15 years of experience in the industry of extrusion of plastics (polymers) for the automotive, chemical and packaging sectors. It highlights its strong commitment to research and the continuous development of new products.

One of the great revolutions carried out by Fillamentum was to ensure that at no time there would be color variations between their coils, both within the same manufacturing, as in different manufacturing, standardizing their colors using Pantone and RAL codes, which represented a breakthrough in 3D printing and that is beginning to be considered as a standard nowadays.

In addition, the manufacturing process of Fillamentum has the highest quality standards in the European market. Each coil taken to the market must pass a strict control throughout the manufacturing process, from tolerance in diameter (± 0.05 mm), roundness, no presence of chemical impurities, and control by color laser according to Pantone or RAL. 

Filaments for all users

Fillamentum has a wide range of products, from materials for private users to materials for industrial use.

Within its range of PLA you can find more than 40 different colors, including some of its own tones such as the famous Vertigo Grey and Vertigo Galaxy.  Also highlight the translucent filaments such as PLA Crystal Clear. It also has a range of high quality ABS  filaments, with more than 20 colors, the ASA range in 8 colors for printing applications destined to be outdoors, and the Timberfill range, which simulate wood finishes.

Fillamentum Industrial

For more demanding applications, and in order to separate the most basic filaments from the most technical, it has launched the Fillamentum Industrial brand. Under this designation, it has technical materials such as Nylons, HiPS, Flexfill flexible filaments (in two grades: Shore 98A and 92A, softer) or its CPE filaments (evolution of PETG with ease of printing similar to PLA), among others. The range of materials from Fillamentum Industrial continues to grow every day to supply all the needs of the 3D printing industry.

In addition, all these materials can be manufactured in 2.5 kg industrial reel format instead of the usual 0.75 kg. If you want this coil format, you just have to request it from us.
