The WW123 Water-washable resin requires careful handling to ensure consistent results and extend the service life of the equipment. It is essential not to clean the resin tank or build platform with water; instead, isopropyl alcohol or other suitable agents should be used, and the surfaces must be thoroughly dried with a lint-free cloth. Residual contamination may cause visual defects such as color floating. Likewise, the resin should not remain in the vat for extended periods, as it may damage its coating; after each print, it must be filtered and stored in its original tightly sealed container to prevent moisture absorption, oxidation, or yellowing.

During printing, it is recommended to work within a temperature range of 20 to 35 °C, using standard parameters such as a layer height of 0.05 mm, exposure times of 2 to 3 seconds, and a bottom exposure of 30 to 60 seconds. Due to the strong adhesion of the resin to the build platform, supports should be used for all models, avoiding excessive density or insufficient height that may lead to resin buildup and over-curing.

The cleaning process must be performed exclusively with water and limited to a maximum of 3 minutes, followed by immediate drying with compressed air to prevent moisture retention. Post-curing should be carried out using 385–405 nm UV light for 2 to 5 minutes. It is not recommended to leave printed parts submerged in water for more than 24 hours, as they may become soft or crack.

For transparent parts that develop yellowing, it can be reversed by briefly immersing them in boiling water for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or it may naturally fade after several hours. Finally, wastewater from cleaning should be properly managed by allowing residues to settle and curing them under sunlight before disposal as solid waste.
