The SUNLU Easy Nylon (E-PA) filament is designed to overcome the challenges of traditional nylon filaments. With its advanced PA6/66 copolymer formulation, it delivers high impact resistance, extreme durability, and reliable functional parts, making it ideal for technical prototypes, mechanical parts, and professional 3D printing projects. Every print benefits from dimensional accuracy and structural stability, eliminating deformation and failures commonly found in other nylon filaments. This filament is also easy to print, eco-friendly, bubble-free, crack-resistant, and low-warping, designed to withstand high temperatures of up to 121 °C.

Optimized speed and temperature range for maximum efficiency

This filament allows printing at speeds from 50 mm/s to 150 mm/s, offering flexibility for both standard and high-speed jobs. The recommended temperature is 250-270°C for normal speeds and 270-280°C for fast prints. A heated bed between 30-50°C with adhesive is recommended to ensure perfect adhesion and reliable results, maximizing efficiency in every print.
