The nozzle kit for OrangeStorm Giga has been designed to expand the versatility of the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer’s extrusion system, providing a selection of diameters that allow performance to be tailored to each specific application. These high-quality nozzles offer optimized thermal conductivity and wear resistance, ensuring consistent extrusion and smooth print results across a variety of projects and materials. This set includes multiple nozzles with different diameters (0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm, and 1.0 mm), allowing adjustment of resolution, speed, and material flow according to the requirements of each part. The OrangeStorm Giga comes standard with a 0.6 mm nozzle, but this kit enables the use of finer nozzles for detail or larger nozzles for fast or large-volume prints.

The nozzles in this kit are made from a copper alloy with chromium and zirconium, providing excellent thermal conductivity, more uniform heat distribution, and higher resistance to corrosion and wear, even under intensive use or with demanding materials. These properties help maintain stable temperatures and reliable filament flow throughout the print.

Having a set of nozzles with different diameters offers real benefits in terms of process flexibility:

0.4 mm: ideal for fine details and smooth surfaces.
0.6 mm: balance between precision and speed — standard nozzle included.
0.8 mm: higher material flow for larger parts.
1.0 mm: perfect for fast printing and bulky objects.

This kit is fully compatible with the Elegoo OrangeStorm Giga 3D printer and can be used with common FDM materials, including PLA, PETG, and TPU, maximizing the printer’s potential for both prototyping and production applications.
