Designed for enthusiasts and professionals working with highly abrasive materials, this tungsten carbide nozzle offers exceptional hardness of HRA 90—far above traditional hardened steel—resulting in up to 50% longer lifespan when printing with fiber-reinforced filaments. It is compatible with Bambu Lab printers from the H2 series (H2C, H2D, H2S) and the Bambu Lab P2S.

Its composition ensures stable and precise extrusion, even after hundreds of hours of continuous use with abrasive materials such as PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PAHT-CF, and other technical composites.

Thanks to its optimized mounting system, nozzle replacement is quick and easy. The thermal assembly separates cleanly from the electronic components using a lever release mechanism, allowing fast maintenance without specialized tools.

Recommendation: Always wait for the hotend to fully cool before swapping the nozzle to avoid burns.

Diameter options for different needs

Available in sizes of 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, and 0.8 mm, this nozzle adapts to multiple printing scenarios:

  • 0.4 mm: Ideal for detailed parts, prototypes, and decorative models requiring high definition.
  • 0.6 mm: Optimal balance between speed and strength. Recommended for functional parts, medium structures, and high-performance materials.
  • 0.8 mm: Maximum productivity. Perfect for rapid fabrication of large parts, molds, tooling, and industrial components where speed is a priority.

Wide compatibility with technical filaments

This nozzle is compatible with a broad range of standard and advanced materials, including:

  • PLA and variants (matte, metallic, marbled, glow, etc.)
  • PETG, ABS, ASA and their fiber or glass reinforced versions
  • Polycarbonate (PC) and flame-retardant composites
  • High-flow TPU (95A HF, TPU for AMS)
  • Technical polyamides: PAHT-CF, PA6-CF, PA6-GF
  • High-performance composites: PET-CF, PPA-CF, PPS-CF
  • Support materials: PVA, ABS/PLA support

Maximize the durability of your extrusion system and reduce maintenance time with a solution designed to withstand the challenges of high-performance printing.
