To achieve optimal performance with the Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA Pro filament, it is recommended to use an abrasion-resistant nozzle, as this material can wear brass nozzles relatively quickly. Therefore, it is advisable to use hardened steel or higher-grade nozzles, which helps maintain process stability and print quality.

Likewise, it is essential to perform a pre-drying of the filament at a temperature between 50 and 60 ºC for a period of 6 to 12 hours, in order to remove absorbed moisture and restore its printing properties, reducing defects such as stringing, bubbles, or poor layer adhesion.

Once dried, it is recommended to store the filament in a controlled environment, ideally inside a Raise3D Filament Dry Box during printing use, to prevent it from reabsorbing moisture from the environment.

Finally, when the material will not be used in the short term, it should be stored in its original bag, perfectly sealed, in order to preserve its characteristics and ensure consistent performance in future applications.
