For Neptune 4 series variants, the original heating cartridges efficiently reach and maintain high printing temperatures. This rated power provides rapid and uniform heating of the extruder block, optimizing material flow and helping to prevent thermal fluctuations during long prints.

The cartridge is housed in a closed stainless steel metal sleeve capable of withstanding repeated thermal cycles without significant degradation. This robust design enhances component durability and reduces the risk of premature failure even under intensive use, positively impacting consistent print quality. Another key aspect is its compatibility with the original hotend of the Neptune 4 series.
