In advanced electronic environments, where electrostatic discharge can compromise critical components, having a reliable ESD resin for 3D printing makes all the difference. This technical material has been developed to offer anti-static safety, extreme precision, and stability in industrial processes, meeting the rigorous demands of modern manufacturing.

The ESD-R-100 by Ameralabs integrates cutting-edge nanotechnology to guarantee a controlled surface resistivity between 10⁷ and 10¹⁰ ohm/sq, ensuring consistent performance in every printed part.

ESD-Safe Resin: Advanced Technology for Electronics and Precision Manufacturing

In the electronics industry, where every component demands absolute precision and anti-static control, ESD-Safe resin has become a vital material for professional SLA and DLP 3D printing. Its advanced formulation enables the production of functional parts with high resolution, excellent dimensional stability, and superior mechanical strength.

Thanks to the incorporation of carbon nanotubes, this conductive ESD resin provides a homogeneous distribution of its properties throughout the entire part, optimizing safety in critical applications and enhancing reliability in industrial workflows.

High Precision and Dimensional Stability in 3D Printing

One of the most valued aspects of a technical 3D printing resin is its ability to maintain accuracy in complex geometries. This resin stands out for its low shrinkage and excellent post-curing behavior, preventing warping and ensuring tight tolerances.

Its high hardness allows for the manufacturing of parts with sharp edges and fine details, making it ideal for tooling, jigs, fixtures, and hand tools in electronic environments. This repeatability in results improves production efficiency and reduces manufacturing errors.

Thermal and Chemical Resistance for Demanding Applications

This high-temperature ESD resin features a glass transition temperature (Tg) close to 160 °C, allowing it to be used in applications such as solder jigs, electronic assembly, and thermal processes without compromising the structural integrity of the part.

Furthermore, its low moisture absorption (less than 0.2%) and resistance to chemical agents like isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or specific acids ensure a long service life. These properties position it as a reliable solution for demanding industrial settings.

Professional Finish and Superior Mechanical Properties

This black ESD resin delivers a matte, opaque, and uniform finish with a hardness of approximately 90 Shore D. After post-curing, parts feature a dry, non-tacky surface, facilitating handling and integration within production environments.

The result is parts with a professional finish and high mechanical performance, ready to be integrated directly into industrial processes or assembly lines.

Industrial Applications of ESD Resin for 3D Printing

The versatility of this high-performance ESD resin allows for its application across multiple industrial sectors. It is especially suited for manufacturing HDD components, semiconductor wafer handling, electronic housings, connectors, assembly tools, transport systems, and sensors.

Its ability to protect against electrostatic discharge makes it a strategic solution for production lines where electronic safety is a top priority.

Buy ESD Resin for 3D Printers: Maximum Precision and Safety

Choosing a high-performance ESD resin for 3D printers means optimizing manufacturing processes while guaranteeing the protection of sensitive components. This material combines anti-static properties, high resolution, thermal resistance, and dimensional stability, delivering reliable results for professional applications.

The combination of advanced technology, precision, and durability positions this resin as one of the premier options in the industrial 3D printing technical materials market, designed to maximize performance and efficiency in every print.

Maintain the ambient temperature above 20 °C and properly level the build plate before starting the process. It is recommended to shake or thoroughly mix the resin before use and perform an initial calibration print to adjust parameters.

Use supports with columns of 1.5 to 2 mm and tips of 0.2 to 0.6 mm, along with attachment layers to improve adhesion. Hollowing models is recommended, as well as using reduced lift speeds, approximately 5 mm/min for bottom layers and 40 mm/min for normal layers.

Due to its higher viscosity, cleaning should be performed with isopropyl alcohol using controlled immersion. An automatic system or a manual multi-step process with agitation and liquid renewal can be used to ensure optimal results. It is also possible to use ultrasonic cleaning in closed containers, without exceeding recommended times.

Post-curing must be carried out immediately after cleaning and drying. The time varies depending on the equipment used, until a completely dry, non-sticky surface with high hardness is achieved. Support removal can be done before or after post-curing depending on the required geometry and precision.
