The F80 elastic resin by Resione is an advanced solution within the flexible resin ecosystem for LCD, MSLA, and DLP 3D printing. It is specifically designed for applications where elasticity, shape recovery, and a soft-touch finish are key factors. Its technical formulation establishes it as a benchmark in the Shore 50A–60A elastic resin segment for high-performance 3D printing.

Shore 50A–60A flexible resin with soft touch and elastic memory

The F80 elastic resin stands out for its optimized Shore hardness in the 50 to 60A range, allowing for the fabrication of parts with high flexibility, a soft feel, and excellent recovery capacity after repeated deformation. This behavior makes it a strategic choice for 3D printing flexible parts with shape memory, where elastic stability and mechanical durability are essential.

Its balance between elasticity and structural strength allows it to achieve elongation at break exceeding 150%, ensuring consistent performance even in applications subject to continuous stress.

Resin for dental 3D printing and high-precision gingiva models

In the dental sector, F80 elastic resin is positioned as a flexible resin for high-fidelity dental and gingiva models. Its soft and elastic behavior allows for the realistic reproduction of soft tissues, facilitating the creation of gum models for dental planning, clinical simulation, and advanced odontological prototyping.

The material's dimensional accuracy and stability make it a key choice for dental laboratories requiring consistent and lifelike results.

Flexible resin for wearable prototyping and functional applications

The F80 elastic resin is optimized for the development of wearable prototypes and functional flexible parts, where reversible deformation capability is fundamental. Its elastic behavior allows for the manufacturing of ergonomic components, technical accessories, and industrial design products that require continuous bending without loss of performance.

Its mechanical stability reinforces its use in innovation projects, rapid prototyping, and additive manufacturing of high-value functional parts.

Universal compatibility with LCD, MSLA, and DLP 3D printers

The F80 elastic resin offers full compatibility with most resin 3D printers on the market, including LCD, MSLA, and DLP technologies, across both RGB and monochromatic systems. This versatility allows for direct integration into professional workflows without the need for complex adjustments.

Technical properties of F80 elastic resin

The F80 elastic resin features a balanced viscosity and optimized density that promote stable and precise printing. Its tear resistance and elongation at break of over 150% result in flexible parts with excellent durability and consistent mechanical behavior.

Its low-temperature stability maintains the material's elasticity even in demanding environmental conditions, broadening its range of applications.

High-performance flexible resin for advanced 3D printing

The F80 elastic resin establishes itself as a high-performance flexible resin for professional 3D printing, aimed at sectors such as digital dentistry, industrial prototyping, product design, and the manufacturing of functional elastic components. Its combination of elasticity, precision, and universal compatibility positions it as a strategic solution for demanding production environments.

Correct handling of a Shore 50A–60A flexible resin is key to obtaining precise, resistant, and stable parts in LCD, MSLA, and DLP 3D printing. Due to its high elasticity and viscosity, it requires careful adjustments to maximize performance.

Support configuration and printing parameters

In case of print failures, it is essential to adjust supports and exposure. Flexible parts require thicker and denser supports to avoid deformation during the process. It is also recommended to increase exposure time, especially in monochrome printers, where light degradation may occur.

Temperature control and material preparation

The ideal working temperature is above 25°C. In cold environments, it is recommended to preheat the resin before printing to improve flow and layer adhesion.

Post-curing for maximum strength

Parts thicker than 3 mm require proper post-curing. A curing time of at least 10 minutes per side with 40W UV light is recommended. A complete post-curing process improves strength, reduces surface imperfections, and increases durability.

Material handling and storage

If the resin remains in the printer for more than 24 hours, it must be filtered before reuse. It should not be returned to the original container to avoid cross-contamination with other materials.

Recommended use according to application

The pink version is ideal for dental and gingival models, while the black version is used in functional prototypes such as wheels, seals, shock absorbers, and technical elastic parts.

General recommendation

This material is intended for users experienced in resin 3D printing. Its high elasticity requires precise adjustments, but it delivers superior results in flexible and functional parts. Before using the resin, consult the user manual available in the Attachments tab and the printing settings.
