F39T transparent rubber-like flexible 3D printing resin by Resione is an advanced additive manufacturing material for SLA, DLP, and monochrome LCD technologies. It is designed for functional prototyping, elastic parts, and technical components requiring high flexibility, excellent tear resistance, and great durability, while maintaining high stability during the printing process.

This is a high-performance resin with a high printing success rate, specifically formulated to minimize layer-to-layer adhesion thanks to the incorporation of release agents. This reduces failures in flexible parts and improves reliability for complex geometries.

Mechanical properties: Shore 60A-75A and adaptable elastomeric behavior

The F39T Shore 60A-75A rubber-like flexible resin exhibits highly versatile behavior. At temperatures above 20°C, the material is very flexible, soft, and has great recovery capacity. However, at lower temperatures, its stiffness increases significantly, behaving like a hard and highly impact-resistant material.

This temperature-dependent behavior makes F39T tear-resistant flexible resin an ideal choice for parts subjected to repetitive deformations, bending cycles, and variable mechanical demands.

Differences between F39 and F39T resin

Compared to F39 resin, F39T shares the same rubber-like flexible base and very similar mechanical behavior (Shore 60A-75A, temperature-variable elasticity, and high tear resistance), but introduces relevant functional improvements in the printing process.

F39T incorporates release agents that reduce suction forces during layer separation, increasing the success rate and facilitating the printing of complex geometries. Furthermore, it is optimized for greater versatility, as it can be mixed with other resins to improve toughness.

Its main visible difference is its transparent finish, which expands possibilities for aesthetic and detailed applications, whereas F39 remains an opaque white finish, geared more toward general industrial uses.

Applications of transparent flexible resin for 3D printing

F39T transparent flexible resin for industrial prototyping is used in applications where functional elasticity is required combined with mechanical strength. It is ideal for manufacturing gaskets, seals, dampers, belts, miniature tires, technical rubber parts, and impact absorption components.

In the modeling and figurines sector, it allows for the creation of transparent flexible elements such as clothing, capes, accessories, or decorative pieces with a high level of detail. In engineering, it is used for assembly validation and flexible functional prototypes.

High-performance transparent flexible resin for functional prototypes

The F39T rubber-like transparent flexible resin is an advanced solution for technical and industrial applications. Its combination of elasticity, tear resistance, thermal adaptability, and high printing reliability makes it a key material for functional prototyping and high-performance flexible parts.

Its formulation allows for an excellent balance between ease of printing and final mechanical properties, establishing itself as a benchmark option in the professional flexible 3D printing resin segment.

The F39T transparent flexible resin is not recommended for beginner users. It is important to consult the manual before use and the print settings.

Print optimization for F39T UV flexible resin (SLA/DLP/LCD)

The F39T transparent UV flexible resin requires proper print settings to achieve optimal results. On monochrome LCD printers, it may be necessary to increase the exposure time due to light degradation on the screen.

Flexible parts require denser and reinforced supports to prevent deformation during printing, especially in thin or complex geometries.

If the ambient temperature is below 25°C, it is recommended to preheat the resin before printing to improve its flow and stability during the process.

UV post-curing and final strength of printed parts

UV post-processing is essential for the performance of the F39T wear-resistant flexible resin. For parts with thicknesses greater than 3 mm, a curing time of more than 10 minutes on each side is recommended using a 40W UV lamp.

Proper post-curing improves mechanical strength, reduces surface tackiness, and provides a more durable, dry, and scratch-resistant structure.
