The F69 flexible resin from Resione is establishing itself as a benchmark in the field of flexible rubber-like resin 3D printing, designed to deliver highly precise, durable, and elastic results in demanding applications. This black flexible 3D resin from Resione stands out for its outstanding print success rate, positioning itself as one of the best options for those seeking a professional 3D printer flexible resin with guaranteed performance.

Resione F69: Rubber-like elasticity with superior strength

The Resione F69 flexible rubber-like has been developed to replicate the properties of rubber, offering an optimal combination of flexibility, tear resistance, and extreme durability. With a Shore A hardness between 60 and 75, this flexible 3D printing resin maintains a dynamic behavior that adapts to different temperatures, remaining soft and elastic under normal conditions and more rigid in colder environments.

This thermal adaptability, combined with its resistance to thousands of bending cycles, makes the Resione F69 resin a leading solution in industrial flexible 3D printing materials, outperforming other alternatives in longevity and mechanical performance.

High definition and precision with Resione F69 resin

One of the main benefits of the Resione F69 flexible resin is its ability to produce parts with fine, sharp, and extremely precise details, even in complex designs. Its advanced formulation includes release agents that reduce adhesion to the FEP film, optimizing the process and improving efficiency in every print.

Additionally, Resione’s technology ensures a perfect balance between softness and rigidity during the curing process, preventing deformation and guaranteeing a stable, accurate, and failure-free 3D print, essential for professional environments.

Professional applications of Resione F69 flexible resin

The F69 black flexible resin from Resione is widely used in industrial sectors, product design, and advanced prototyping. It is ideal for manufacturing components such as gaskets, seals, shock absorbers, drive belts, tires, footwear prototypes, and technical parts that require elasticity and durability.

In the creative field, Resione F69 is also highly demanded for creating figures, accessories, and decorative elements with flexible behavior, such as clothing, capes, or articulated parts. This makes it a strategic option within the market of flexible 3D resins for functional prototypes and advanced design.

Use and safety

Before using this resin, it is mandatory to read the full manual and consult the print settings on the official RESIONE website, as parameters may vary depending on the printer and application. It is not recommended for beginner users due to the sensitivity of the printing process.

Printing parameters

A layer height of 0.05 mm is recommended, and the base and normal exposure time should be adjusted to 1.2× the standard values provided by the printer manufacturer. In case of print failures, increase normal exposure and optimize supports by using thicker and denser structures, especially for flexible parts.

Working temperature

The resin should preferably be used at temperatures above 25 °C. If the environment is cold, it is recommended to preheat the resin before printing, as below 20 °C flexibility decreases significantly and at approximately 5 °C the material may become rigid.

Post-processing

Parts thicker than 3 mm should be cured on both sides for at least 30 minutes using a 40 W UV light source. Proper post-curing improves mechanical strength, dry surface finish, and scratch resistance.

Resin maintenance

If the printer is not used for more than 24 hours, the resin must be filtered before storage. It should not be returned to the original container to avoid cross-contamination with other materials.

Properties and applications

F69 resin is a high-precision flexible material with high tear resistance and high detail definition. It is suitable for flexible prototypes such as costume parts, accessories, tires, gaskets, and shock absorbers. It can also be mixed with other resins to reduce brittleness.

Alternatives

If a material with greater softness and faster rebound is required, the F80 resin is recommended.
