Superior Capacity and Dual Cleaning Functionality

The Elegoo Mercury Plus V3.0 redefines efficiency with its improved capacity. It features a generous 7.5L washing volume, a 114% increase over its predecessor, and a curing capacity expanded by 460%. This upgrade allows users to process larger models or multiple prints simultaneously, maximizing productivity in resin 3D printing.

The Mercury Plus V3.0 offers expanded capacity with 7.5 L of washing volume and a 460% larger curing area, ideal for handling large models or multiple prints at the same time.

Additionally, it offers two versatile cleaning modes: the basket mode for direct cleaning of models removed from the build platform, with a maximum volume of 230 x 135 x 260 mm; and the hanging mode, which allows direct mounting of the build plate on adjustable brackets, compatible with platforms up to 10 inches and a washing volume of 214 x 135 x 180 mm. The optimized POM bearing ensures smoother high-speed water agitation, delivering thorough resin cleaning and effective residue removal.

Thanks to an improved POM bearing, the Mercury Plus V3.0 offers smoother rotation and more intense water agitation, achieving more efficient cleaning and complete removal of residual resin.

Powerful Curing and Advanced Visual Health Protection

The curing station of the Mercury Plus V3.0 features a 360° rotating platform equipped with 24 powerful 405nm UV lights, ensuring fast and even 360° UV curing of every detail from any angle. The clever combination of lamp columns and reflective mirrors under the transparent platform enhances light refraction, ensuring complete top-to-bottom curing and high-quality surfaces.

The UV-blocking cover is a key safety feature, effectively blocking 99.9% of ultraviolet rays to protect users’ eyesight—a must-have for those seeking the best washing and curing performance for 3D prints. A micro switch immediately halts the curing process when the cover is removed, providing safe and seamless operation, making this wash and cure machine a reliable and secure choice.

With a 360° rotating base and 24 powerful 405 nm UV lights, the Mercury Plus V3.0 ensures fast, even curing, capturing every detail precisely and enhancing surface quality with its innovative light reflection system.

Simple Operation and Universal Compatibility

User-friendliness is a cornerstone of the Elegoo Mercury Plus V3.0. Its intuitive touch panel allows users to control and adjust washing and curing times with a maximum duration of 30 minutes, ensuring optimal results in every cycle. This post-processing station is compatible with the vast majority of LCD, DLP, and SLA resin 3D printers available on the market, offering efficient and straightforward post-processing support. While specifically designed for Elegoo resin 3D printers, the versatility of the Mercury Plus V3.0 makes it an indispensable addition to any 3D printing setup, enabling clean and fully cured parts with minimal intervention and raising the standard for resin 3D printing.

  • Tools
  1. Remove the model from the printer using gloves and eliminate excess resin before placing the part in the washing station to prevent quickly contaminating the cleaning liquid.
  2. Select the appropriate washing mode: use the basket mode for loose models or the hanging mode with the build plate if the part is to be cleaned directly without removing it from the build plate.
  3. Use isopropyl alcohol (IPA) or a compatible cleaning solution in the tank to completely remove uncured resin residues.
  4. Adjust the washing and curing time from the touch panel depending on the model size; the station allows cycles of up to 30 minutes.
  5. Completely dry the part before UV curing, since remaining alcohol or water can affect the final surface quality.
  6. Place the model centered on the rotating platform during curing to take advantage of the 360° UV lighting and obtain uniform hardening.
  7. Always keep the anti-UV cover in place during curing to protect eyesight and avoid direct exposure to ultraviolet radiation.
  8. Filter or replace the washing liquid periodically when it becomes saturated with resin to maintain cleaning effectiveness.
